| | Typical Livability Code - (Rental) VIOLATIONS | | Unsanitary Conditions of common areas, structures, and premises. | | High Grass and weeds over 6" | | Improper disposal of Bulk items such as furniture, kitchen stoves, TV's, etc. | | No trash or garbage containers or trash cans without lids or rodent proof or watertight covers. | | Defective roofs, windows, frames, stairs, doors, porches or handrails. | | Defective exterior paint, crumbling walls or foundations, standing water. | Rodent/insect infestation.
