Presidents Message On Behalf of the Hawthorne Civic Association I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you as a resident of or as a visitor to our community. Hawthorne is a family oriented, water accessible community which is growing and changing constantly through the efforts of our residents and association members. Hawthorne is also a part of the Middle River Renaissance with many plans for community improvement and renovation underway. We invite you to enjoy our community playgrounds and waterfront piers located in the Hawthorne, Kingston, and Dark Head Parks, as well as participate in the many programs and activities held by the Hawthorne Elementary School, the Hawthorne PTA and the Hawthorne Civic Association. It is our hope that you enjoy the many benefits of our community and feel free to contact us with any concerns, questions, or suggestions. We invite you to attend our next civic association meeting held on the First Tuesday of each month at 7PM in the Hawthorne Elementary School. The Civic Association Newsletter is also delivered to your door before each meeting. Once again, let me take this opportunity to thank you for choosing Hawthorne, "A Great Place To Live".
